The bill (Reg. No. 2903) aims at improving legislative acts that regulate the issue of termination of authorities and dismissal of officials of a legal person, as well as increasing their material responsibility.
The Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat deems that the bill should be recommitted, following the results of consideration in the first reading.
Committee members believe that termination of authorities of officials without providing specific reasons contradicts general principles of labour legislation.
